About the Role
The Sales Manager position at West Coast Personnel is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional to develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive team performance. As a leader in the company, you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring sales representatives and technicians, while also providing actionable feedback and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives and technicians.
- Monitor team performance, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to guide decisions.
- Optimize sales processes and improve team productivity.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12; tertiary qualification in Commerce advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
