About the Role
Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in Bellville Cape Town, is currently looking to employ an experienced Call Centre Marketer and Liaison Personnel to their team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Liaise with OEMs, dealers, and private clients.
- Promote services and generate leads.
- Coordinate bookings and vehicle movement requests.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high service quality.
- Capture and update data on internal systems.
Requirements
- 24 years experience in a call centre or marketing role.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Computer literate (CRM system experience advantageous).
- Experience in logistics or the automotive industry (advantageous).
