About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at DJ Recruitment Consulting in Cape Town. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion for our clients. With excellent communication skills, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) for various clients
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
- Analyze web analytics and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop strategies and meet department goals
- Write engaging content that resonates with our target audience
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in managing social media campaigns for clients or internal teams
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including their features, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to speak in the tone of the brand
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or applicable field required (Desirable)
