Western Cape: Technical Sales Manager – Transmission Products posted by West Coast Personnel

• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for industrial transmission products (chains, bearings, hoses, belts, etc.).
• Manage customer accounts, respond to queries, resolve issues and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, provide technical consultations and support field operations through inspections and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical) to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Stay current with product developments, participate in training and train clients on product usage.

 
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 5–10 years’ technical experience in the transmission industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of chains, bearings, hoses, belting and related products.
• Proven track record in customer service and account management.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
