A 5* 200 roomed hotel with restaurant (serving buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner) seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager meeting the following specifications:- Matric Essential Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 35 years hotel restaurant supervisory experience in a city hotel with over 150 rooms Must have worked in 4 or 5* hotels in either a restaurant supervisory or assistant restaurant manager role, within the past 2 years Strong guest relations and f&b service skills Shift and weekend work applies To ensure consideration for this position, please only apply if you have the specific experience outlined above. o Send an updated MS Word CV starting with your current position and include a recent headshot taken in the last six months. o By applying, candidates agree to provide any requested information to Hospitality Exchange within 24 hours (see below), including contact details of 2 or 3 recent direct superiors (excluding current), and consent to contact for references.
