We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled individual to join our team as a second receptionist , with flexibility to assist in various areas of hotel operations. This role is ideal for a young, enthusiastic person eager to learn new skills and grow within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional front-of-house reception services, welcoming and assisting guests. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Assist in the bar when required. Conduct housekeeping checks to maintain quality standards. Oversee and check laundry operations. Maintain accurate records and reports using hotel systems (Semper knowledge advantageous). Represent the hotel professionally across all departments. Requirements: Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English. Computer literate; experience with hotel management systems ( Semper advantageous). Friendly, professional, and well-presented. Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the hotel. Previous hospitality experience advantageous but not essential – training will be provided. Remuneration & Benefits: Salary: R6,000 negotiable per month, depending on experience.
