Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications. Lead IT-related projects, develop project plans, track progress, and conduct pre- and post-project analyses. Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior management. Oversee change management processes, assess risks, and drive strategic improvements. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that implemented solutions align with business needs. Analyse data, identify key patterns, and contribute to governance, technical, and strategic planning. Communicate technical concepts clearly across various teams and stakeholders. Ensure that business objectives align with technological solutions. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering , or a related management field. At least 3 years of experience in business and process analysis. Experience with digital marketing systems such as Referral Factory and Hubspot Marketing Hub . Strong knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and software development processes. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
