A well-established company based in Kimberley is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson with strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle parts. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in commercial vehicle parts sales

• Strong product knowledge (trucks, buses, and other commercial vehicles)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate with experience on parts and sales systems

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple client needs

• Valid drivers license is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the counter, telephonically, and via email

• Accurately identify and supply the correct parts

• Prepare quotes, check stock availability, and process orders

• Coordinate with the workshop and warehouse teams

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Manage returns, warranties, and stock control procedures

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 07:30 17:00

Saturdays on rotation | 08:00 12:00
