Job Description
- Relevant agricultural qualification
- At least 4 years’ relevant farming experience in a managerial position
- Proven track record in managing a large team
- Experience with fruit farming
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving & good interpersonal relationship
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
