Rental Inspector Part Time Commission basedWe are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial property inspections, documenting findings with time-stamped images, and providing clear, comprehensive inspection reports.Key Responsibilities:Conducting detailed property inspections (both residential and commercial)Documenting the condition of the property with accurate reports and imagesEnsuring compliance with the Rental Housing Act and other relevant legislationCommunicating with clients to schedule inspections and deliver reportsProviding clear, unbiased reports for landlords, tenants, and property managersRequirements:Previous experience in property inspections or a related field (preferred, but not required)Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportKnowledge of the Rental Housing Act and other relevant property legislation (preferred)Ability to work independently and manage your own scheduleWe OfferSalary: Commission based salary Company Vehicle: Are provided to most inspectors who qualify for the role after a few months of employment.
