About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual sales strategies, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and building strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans.
  • Create a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff.
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with company targets and operational capabilities.
  • Define sales KPIs, territory allocations, and product/market segments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence dashboards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and EPC companies.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, technical support, and value added service.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure smooth handling by internal sales and service teams.

Requirements

  • National Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • Business Management / Sales Management qualification advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Minimum 5–10 years sales experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.
  • At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven success in managing medium-to-long sales cycles involving engineered or customized products.
