About the Role
AtripleA Recruitment and Temps is seeking a mature Senior Stock Controller to join our client’s team in Rivonia. As a key member of the stock control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stock is accurately managed, merchandised on sales floors, and priced up-to-date. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working under pressure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly feedback to management regarding outstanding queries or issues
- Check and GRV new stock
- Ensure all stock is merchandised on sales floor and pricing kept up to date
- Check all IBT’s & update stock file
- Sending Invoices to finance weekly
- Supervise Stock Room staff to ensure all duties are carried out
- Quarterly Stock Takes
- Stock control, including stock management and deliveries
- Managing of the Stock Room according to the systems, policies and procedures
- Picking of stock, checking all stock that leaves the Stock Room
- Ensure that the Stock Room is organized in the agreed method and that the stock flow is managed in an effective way
- Monthly Reports as requested by Branch Manager
- Stock Takes and Hazard Counts as per the agreed procedures
- Maintenance all equipment used in the Stock Room
- Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received
- Maintains safe work environment according to company and labour procedures
