About the Role
Floriania Lodge Zambia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee all operations within our lodge, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards. As an integral member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, leading by example, and fostering a culture of excellence.
