About the Role
Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced and skilled Farms Production Officer to join their team in Somerset West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, business, or management, with a proven track record of success in the citrus/grapes industry. They will be responsible for optimizing people performance, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient operations. With excellent leadership skills and the ability to build rapport with employees and external stakeholders, this individual will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business or Management related
- An advance degree in a relevant subject matter field will be desirable
- Highly proficient in English
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of exposure in the citrus/grapes industry from grassroots processes to quality requirements
- Established external grower relations for minimum of 10 to 15 years
- Experience engaging with executives, leaders, production personnel, and external grower partners for at least 10 years
