About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced Trackless Electrician to join our client’s team in Gauteng. As a key member of our mining operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient electrical systems that support our underground mining activities. With a proven track record of working in similar environments, we are looking for an individual who can bring their expertise and passion for electrical work to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment in underground mining environments
- Perform medium voltage electrical tests and inspections
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Grade 12 certification
- N3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Trade Test Certificate
- Medium Voltage Certification
- At least 5 years of experience as an electrician within an underground mechanized mining environment
Qualifications
- Completed Matric certificate
