About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for milling operations using Fusion 360 and Edgecam. Your strong programming experience, solid background in tool and die making, and ability to read and interpret detailed technical and engineering drawings will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling operations using Fusion 360 and Edgecam
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce components according to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Manufacture precision tool and die components with tight tolerances
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to ensure optimal machining performance
  • Conduct first-off inspections and ensure consistent quality throughout production runs
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a CNC Programmer (Milling)
  • Proven experience working on CNC milling machines
  • Strong programming experience using Fusion 360 and Edgecam

About the Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Johannesburg.
