About the Role
Join our client’s luxury 4-5 star hotel team in Randburg! We’re seeking an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager with strong operational expertise & passion for guest service. With a proven track record in managing high-end restaurants, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations to achieve profitability targets
- Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service across all outlets
- Develop and implement menu strategies to appeal to a diverse range of customers
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in managing restaurants or similar food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
