About the Role

Join our client’s luxury 4-5 star hotel team in Randburg! We’re seeking an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager with strong operational expertise & passion for guest service. With a proven track record in managing high-end restaurants, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations to achieve profitability targets
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service across all outlets
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to appeal to a diverse range of customers
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in managing restaurants or similar food and beverage operations
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
