About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an Outbound Medical Sales professional, you will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Perform outbound medical sales calls
  • Negotiate with clients to secure deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Travel daily to meet with clients and attend meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Outbound Medical Sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confident and self-motivated individual
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel daily (non-negotiable)

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary of around R 20 000, negotiable based on experience. Commission Performance Bonuses for targets achieved.

Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management within an industrial or related environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across relevant industries. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Negotiate effectively with clients, including at corporate level. Provide accurate product information and technical support to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Minimum Requirements: 5 years of industry-related experience in sales, preferably within manufacturing or a closely aligned sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional. Own reliable transport and ability to commute to and from the factory daily. A team player with a proactive and goal-driven mindset. Preferred Background: Candidates with existing networks or experience in the hospitality, alcohol, or high-end furniture retail industries will be at an advantage. Knowledge of clients such as wine farms, hotels, restaurants, venues, and corporates in the hospitality and accommodation sectors is highly desirable. Educational Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) essential. A relevant Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be beneficial.
