About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. With 4-7 years of experience in product design, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design direction for our products. As a senior designer, you will have a strong drive to provide superior consumer service and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create storyboards, process flows, user journeys, and prototyping to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong experience working with design systems
Senior and strong in both UX/UI
Experience working with Figma
Familiarity with global UI design trends

Qualifications

First Degree Information Studies Psychology degree
Multimedia degree
