About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales teams and drive growth in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a business plan, managing performance, and leading new sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively lead new sales within each region
- Recruit, train & develop the individuals within New Sales teams
- Plan & coordinate all functions related to achieving growth budgets
- Manage reporting and provide insights to improve Account Executives’ sales performance
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Executives to build effective communications
Requirements
- Good strategic planning and execution skills
- Application of CRM/Voxzal/Trax and sales processes
- Sound understanding of telecommunications, networking & data
- Good understanding of Human resource management principles
- Understanding of financial management principles
- 3 years successful Corporate Direct Sales experience
- 3 years junior management experience
- 2 years ICT industry experience
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma in Business Management
