About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pack Line Manager to join our team in Piketberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily packaging operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and leading a high-performing pack house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily packaging operations
- Maximise pack-out percentages while maintaining top-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Lead, motivate, and develop your pack house team
- Monitor production and manage time effectively
Requirements
- Grade 12 relevant tertiary qualification (B.Agric, BTech in Process Engineering/Food Technology)
- 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in fruit packing (citrus/table grapes)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
Qualifications
- Completed B.Agric or BTech in Process Engineering/Food Technology degree
