About the Role
A well-established international organisation specialising in enhancing customer journeys, travel assistance, and loyalty programmes is looking for a Back Office Team Lead to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations. With over 35 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments, you will play a critical role in driving the success of this international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations
- Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality results
- Implement quality assurance processes and reporting
- Lead meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years supervisory or team leadership experience
