Job Description

Minimum Requirements Matric Diploma / Legal secretarial qualification or qualification in a legal field Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Commercial / Litigation Legal Secretary Strong understanding of High Court litigation procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience working with commercial agreements Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Meticulous attention to detail (non-negotiable) Experience using Legal Suite Legal secretarial qualification or qualification in a legal field Must live in or surrounding areas of Cape Town CBD Key Responsibilities Full secretarial support to Commercial and Litigation attorneys Drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence Managing High Court litigation processes, filings, and deadlines Handling commercial agreements and related documentation Diary management, court dates, and client liaison General legal administration and document control Working Hours: Monday Thursday: 08h00 17h00 Friday: 08h00 16h00 Some overtime might be required.
