Who are we: An internal agency for a FMCG corporation. Who we are looking for: A driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. What will you do: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing our Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence that will have a measurable impact on our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients that align with their business objectives Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends and opportunities Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines and email marketing Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, emails and website Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to clients Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and insights to improve ROI Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and actively seek new and innovative ways to improve our strategies Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing Experience in creating and managing campaigns on popular platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Proficient in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Knowledge of web design and development is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visuals Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
