- Pastel accounting experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant debtors or finance experience
- Packhouse experience will be an advantage
- Studying towards a finance degree or diploma will be advantageous
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Ethical, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
- Monitor and manage company receivables
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections from agents and debtors
- Perform in depth revenue and debtors’ reconciliations monthly
- Invoicing and collection of cash sales and recoveries
- Processing of Cashbook and petty cash
- Projections for producers biannually
