Job Description
Johannesburg – Gauteng – South Africa
- Provide full PA duties to the CEO.
- Diary and Time Management.
- Email Management.
- Procurement of ad hoc items required.
- Maintain the office filing system.
- Travel arrangements.
- Arrange meetings as and when required.
- Undertake projects and research.
- Assist with personal tasks as and when required.
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Drivers license and own car.
