About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Software Customer Specialist to join our team in Limpopo and Stellenbosch, South Africa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our agricultural software clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive training on our agricultural software solutions
- Manage existing customer relationships, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, improving overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers and agricultural industry professionals
- Travel to client sites as required to provide on-site support and training
Requirements
- Qualification in agriculture, Industrial Engineering or relative field
- Experience with agricultural software (advantageous)
- Experience in onboarding, training or customer management
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
