About the Role

As the voice and storyteller of Mama Shelter, you will craft compelling campaigns, shape our brand identity, and make sure our message resonates everywhere. At Mama, marketing isn’t just promotion — it’s emotion as our Marketing & Communication Manager, you will ensure Mama is seen, heard, and loved — by our team, our guests, and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Guardian Extraordinaire: Protect Mama’s identity like a creative superhero
  • Campaign Creator & Storyteller: Design and execute marketing campaigns that create excitement and drive business From seasonal activations to brand moments — you turn ideas into impact.
  • Digital & Social Media Rockstar: Own Mama’s online presence Plan content, manage social media channels, and keep engagement high with bold, creative storytelling.
  • Content & Experience Curator: Capture the magic of Mama through photos, videos, and experiences
  • PR & Buzz Builder: Create noise in all the right places Manage media relations, influencers, partnerships, and press opportunities that keep Mama talked about.
  • Collaboration Champion: Partner with Sales, F&B, and Operations to amplify activations and experiences Ensure marketing supports revenue while keeping creativity alive.
  • Performance Tracker: Measure what matters Analyze campaign performance, digital engagement, and market trends to continuously improve results.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands
