About the Role

The Works Manager / Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding operations, resources, workforce performance, project execution, and safety compliance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scaffolding operations across multiple projects
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and equipment allocation
  • Ensure safety inspections and quality audits are conducted regularly
  • Monitor budgets, productivity, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
  • Prepare operational, safety, and project progress reports
  • Resolve project execution challenges and operational issues
  • Ensure adherence to scaffolding industry standards and company procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Project management or construction certifications advantageous
  • Minimum 8 years experience in construction or scaffolding project management
  • Proven experience managing scaffolding teams and large-scale projects
  • Strong background in safety management and operational leadership
