About the Role

TWK Agri has a vacancy available for an Admin Clerk within the Timber Division at Howick, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to timber marketing activities, ensuring efficient and reliable record-keeping and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare delivery documentation, reports, and ticket reconciliations
  • Capture, reconcile, and maintain weighbridge and timber data records
  • Monitor outstanding items, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain control systems
  • Maintain accurate filing, shared records, and office documentation
  • Provide switchboard support and respond to supplier and office enquiries
  • Support office administration, compliance, and SHEQ requirements
  • Process price adjustments, contractor deductions, and supplier account administration
  • Provide supplier support, including issuing tickets and resolving queries

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant admin experience within an office, operational, or support environment
  • Computer literate (proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Ability to manage detailed documentation, reconciliation, and record-keeping with accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
  • Able to engage professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and in a team
