About the Role
Indo Lekker Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior FMCG Sales Representative to join our wholesale sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in FMCG Sales to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and service customers such as spaza shops, wholesalers, and general dealers
- Sell FMCG products and take customer orders
- Follow a daily sales route and maintain customer relationships
- Promote products, specials, and promotions
- Assist with basic merchandising and stock checks
- Achieve set sales and activity targets
- Collect payments and submit paperwork where required
- Report daily sales activity to management
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 0-1 year sales experience (FMCG experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license
