About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in Western Cape, responsible for overseeing and managing all site activities and project execution on behalf of a leading construction company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all site activities and project execution
  • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and materials on site
  • Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  • Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and manage budgets
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity

Requirements

  • BEng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • ECSA or SACPCMP registration
  • Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200 / GCC)
  • Proven experience in civil construction project management (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
