About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities across various types of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and control all site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
  • Implement and monitor Quality Control measures to ensure a high standard of workmanship across all construction activities.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and company safety standards.
  • Possess sound knowledge of all aspects of building and construction processes.
  • Monitor site costs and implement measures to minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
  • Conduct and manage sub-contractor meetings to ensure work progress, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 Years Experience Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous
  • SACPCMP Registration will be advantageous
