About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead our production support operations in Midrand. This role requires a strong background in digital experience, multinational programmes, and migration/integration experience, with a proven track record of managing large projects and global teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading problem-solving initiatives, managing team operations, and developing strategic plans to optimize production support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of a team of professionals responsible for troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of reported production issues across suite of Supported Applications.
- Provide leadership for developing Minor Enhancements and Factory projects.
- Optimize production support processes, ensure adequate capacity to meet SLAs, and develop strong relationships with Application Development, Quality Assurance, Hosting, and Client Services teams.
- Develop the skills and knowledge of the support team, promoting individual growth and building a well-balanced, highly skilled team.
- Provide service delivery as per the activities described in the Service Catalogue, including:
- Ensuring Incident Management and Problem Resolution SLAs are being met
- Guiding development of Minor Enhancements and Factory projects
- Root Cause Analysis and Preventative Maintenance activities
- Establishing best practices for ticket handling, triage, troubleshooting, problem fixing, and verification of problem fixes
Requirements

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
