Our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation in the heavy equipment and yellow machine sales industry, is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to join their executive leadership team. This is a pivotal MANCO-level appointment for a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a strategic, fast-paced and operationally complex environment. This opportunity is ideally suited to a seasoned Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with a strong track record of partnering with executive teams, shaping business strategy, and driving financial performance across a multi-faceted organisation. As the Finance Director, you will be a key member of the Management Committee (MANCO), working closely with the CEO and executive team to guide the organisations strategic direction and long-term growth. Beyond traditional finance responsibilities, you will provide commercial insight, challenge decision-making, and ensure that the business remains financially robust and positioned for expansion. This role is ideal for a leader seeking a meaningful executive position where they can contribute to both strategy and execution.
