About the Role

A dynamic Hotel Receptionist is required to join our Wine Estate & Hotel in Stellenbosch I Brackenfell area. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of their accommodation and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering guests
  • Providing information about rooms, rates and amenities
  • Managing all aspects of guest accommodation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience of hotel reception work
  • Fluency in a second language (advantageous)
  • Good general level of education
  • Experience of Opera (advantageous)
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service attitude
