About the Role

The purpose of this role is to oversee daily on-site operations for multi-storey concrete structures, focusing on structural elements and/or finishes. The Construction Foreman (Finishing and/or Structural) will drive the execution of all wet trades with deep practical knowledge, ensuring accurate setting out and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess 5 years of on-site structural and/or finishing experience to oversee daily operations for multi-storey concrete structures.
  • Ensure accurate setting out and maintain high standards of quality control on all deliverables.
  • Drive the execution of all wet trades with deep practical knowledge.
  • Maintain strong, clear communication with the labour force and subcontractors to keep daily tasks on track.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by monitoring compliance with the OHS Act and company safety standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years of on-site structural and/or finishing experience.
  • Professional fluency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Fluency in additional indigenous languages is a plus (not specified as required).
