About the Role

The Cape Town City Centre SAP Data Co-ordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data within SAP systems, ensuring seamless data processing across various departments, and driving process improvement initiatives to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Capture, maintain, and update master data within SAP systems.

* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all SAP modules.

* Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

* Coordinate data imports, exports, and migrations where required.

* Generate and distribute reports from SAP for management and operational teams.

* Work closely with finance, procurement, logistics, HR, and operations departments to ensure correct data processing.

* Maintain proper documentation of data processes and procedures.

* Assist with SAP audits and compliance requirements.

* Support users with SAP data-related queries and troubleshooting.

* Ensure adherence to company policies and data governance standards.

* Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field advantageous.
  • Minimum 23 years experience working with SAP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP master data processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
