About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office & Front Desk Duty Manageress to join our boutique hotel in Franschhoek Valley. As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing front desk reception, concierge, guest relations, admin, and finance. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and are a natural leader, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception and concierge services
- Oversee guest relations, admin, and finance
- Ensure seamless daily operations
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Lead by example and motivate staff
- Adapt to changing circumstances and find effective solutions to issues that may arise
Requirements
- At least 4 – 5 years relevant experience within a luxury hotel environment (other industries will not be considered)
- Hotel / Hospitality management qualification or similar managerial training is essential
- Valid SA driver’s license essential
- Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans (Afrikaans mother tongue ideally)
Qualifications
- PMS Front Office Systems skills such as OPERA
