About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team, supporting senior-level executive search mandates within the manufacturing and engineering sector. As a key member of our UK-based consulting team, you will work closely with clients to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing end-to-end search delivery: research, headhunting, longlisting, screening, and shortlisting
- Building and maintaining detailed talent maps across relevant sectors
- Conducting competency-based telephone and video interviews for senior candidates
- Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to the consulting team
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the process (first contact to offer stage)
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to market intelligence
- Collaborating with UK-based consultants to translate briefs into search strategies
- Supporting additional recruitment process tasks as needed in a small team environment
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant recruitment experience (manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or similar)
- Proven experience delivering senior/leadership-level searches (not volume/contingency)
- Comfortable with direct headhunting and engaging passive candidates
- Strong written communication (client-ready candidate summaries)
