About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team, supporting senior-level executive search mandates within the manufacturing and engineering sector. As a key member of our UK-based consulting team, you will work closely with clients to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing end-to-end search delivery: research, headhunting, longlisting, screening, and shortlisting
  • Building and maintaining detailed talent maps across relevant sectors
  • Conducting competency-based telephone and video interviews for senior candidates
  • Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to the consulting team
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the process (first contact to offer stage)
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to market intelligence
  • Collaborating with UK-based consultants to translate briefs into search strategies
  • Supporting additional recruitment process tasks as needed in a small team environment

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant recruitment experience (manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or similar)
  • Proven experience delivering senior/leadership-level searches (not volume/contingency)
  • Comfortable with direct headhunting and engaging passive candidates
  • Strong written communication (client-ready candidate summaries)
