About the Role
We’re seeking a confident and guest-obsessed Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team within a globally recognised hospitality group in Camps Bay. As part of our high-end restaurant, you’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Driving seamless and efficient service delivery
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the restaurant floor team
• Creating memorable guest experiences through proactive service
• Handling guest challenges calmly and professionally
• Supporting training and development of service staff
• Maintaining strong service flow during busy trading periods
• Assisting with operational planning and performance targets
Requirements
Supervisory or management experience in high-end or luxury restaurants, ability to thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, leadership abilities, flexibility, and comfort working hospitality hours.
