About the Role
WMS Secure is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market a portfolio of 10+ residential and/or commercial property listings.
- Conduct property valuations, inspections, and showings.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and manage the closing process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, mortgage brokers, and conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant.
- Minimum of 10 active property listings or the ability to secure listings consistently.
- Valid Real Estate Practitioner license (EAAB/PPRA registration if in South Africa).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
