About the Role
Premier Hotels & Resorts Ltd is seeking a driven and commercially focused Property Sales Executive to grow transient, group, and conferencing revenue across our Richards Bay properties. This role requires proactive account management, new business development, and disciplined CRM execution to position both hotels as preferred accommodation and conferencing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted room night and conferencing revenue targets
- Manage industrial, mining, logistics, corporate, and government accounts
- Develop and execute Top Account plans , with quarterly reviews and pipeline management
- Identify and convert new business in Richards Bay and the greater Zululand corridor
- Conduct site inspections and professional client engagements
- Maintain Salesforce CRM compliance , accurate reporting, and timely follow-up
- Support conferencing, group, and project-based bookings
Requirements
- Relevant Hospitality/Sales diploma preferred
- 2 years’ hotel sales experience advantageous
- Proven track record in revenue achievement
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence
