About the Role
The Maintenance & Facilities Manager at Bright Placements is responsible for overseeing the full maintenance function of our property, ensuring all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment operate efficiently. This role requires a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills to manage a team, procure materials, ensure safety compliance, and provide support to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance of properties and equipment
- Team management and leadership
- Procurement of materials and goods
- Ensuring safety compliance and risk management
- Guest maintenance support
Requirements
- Proven maintenance management experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Leadership and team management ability
- Valid driver’s license
- Budget control and problem-solving skills
