About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a dynamic and commercially savvy Club General Manager to lead a prestigious private members Fitness & Wellness Club in Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full club operations including commercial performance, facility standards, health and safety, people management, member experience, compliance and competitor analysis.
  • Manage multiple priorities with digital fluency to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • 6 years’ experience as a General Manager within a premium or luxury hospitality, country club or retail environment.
  • Strong 4 or 5 star hotel background.
  • Relevant Business, Hospitality or Retail qualification at NQF 7 level.
  • Proven commercial acumen with solid financial and P&L management knowledge.
