About the Role
The Learning Academy Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our agents, with a focus on improving their performance and behaviours. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training, coaching, and quality assurance, as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach agents on key performance indicators (KPIs) and post-training performance improvement
- Conduct QA sessions to ensure accuracy and calibration of scores
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for behaviour change
- Provide coaching and mentoring to agents to enhance their soft skills and behaviours
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop training programs accordingly
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in BPO (Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support)
- 13 years of experience in Training, Coaching, or QA role
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, HRM/HRD or related field (preferred)
