About the Role

Sagen Advisory is currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable and invoice Administrator to join their team in Somerset West, supporting a leading provider of global mobility services to their worldwide clients via their regional hubs located in North America, South America, Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. This role plays a key part in supporting global operations through accurate and timely client billing and direct engagement with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Raise accurate sales invoices via internal billing software for various international entities.
Ensure timely and compliant processing of billing files (invoices and pro-formas).
Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to uphold service excellence.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and address billing enquiries efficiently.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams globally.
Provide supporting documentation to clients and auditors as required.
Proactively manage and review pending billing to avoid delays.
Uphold information security and data protection standards in line with global compliance requirements.
Promote environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) practices within the workplace.

Requirements

Team player.
Matric Certificate.
3 years experience in a similar role.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Forward-thinking and a problem solver.
Knowledge of sales tax (VAT, GST, etc.).
Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Reliable transportation to and from the office.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Adaptability to work with diverse international teams.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
Positive, proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of accounting software (X3 ideal but not necessary).
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Experience working with multiple currencies and varying tax systems.

Qualifications

Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant skill set (Adventurous but not required).

Salary & Benefits
