About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced Central Reservations Manager to join our international hospitality group based at their SA head office in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading & managing the Central Reservations Office (CRO), ensuring all inbound reservations enquiries are handled to the highest standard across voice, email, & digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Central Reservations Office (CRO)
- Handle all inbound reservations enquiries across voice, email, and digital channels
- Drive conversion, optimise rates, and deliver a seamless guest experience
- Ensure compliance with brand values and standards for UK properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Central Reservations Management position
- Expertise in hotel PMS and/or channel management systems
Qualifications
- Tertiary hospitality qualifications (if applicable)
