About the Role
Objective Personnel is seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Kempton Park. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery or equipment safely (training provided)
- Assemble, process, or pack products according to work instructions
- Follow production schedules and meet output targets
- Monitor machine performance and report faults or irregularities
- Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies
- Complete basic documentation or check sheets if required
- Maintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas
- Assist with routine machine cleaning or simple maintenance tasks (as trained)
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on the production line
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding workflow or quality issues
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience operating machinery or working on a production line (advantage)
