Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead measurable growth through data-driven marketing, while also maintaining and strengthening brand visibility. This role requires a hands-on marketer who is comfortable being accountable for performance, but who also understands the importance of brand consistency and trust in driving long-term results.

What Will You Do

Own and execute the performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
Monitor and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on marketing spend
Work on brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across channels
Oversee website performance, user journey, and conversion optimisation
Implement and refine SEO and local search strategies to grow organic demand
Ensure effective lead flow into CRM systems and strong collaboration with sales
Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using insights to guide decisions
Manage marketing budgets and agency or supplier relationships where applicable

What Do You Need

Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles
Strong hands-on experience with paid media and analytics
Understanding of brand fundamentals and how branding supports performance
Experience managing full-funnel marketing activity
Analytical, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to balance short-term performance goals with longer-term brand impact
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
